Mounting a toolbox and headache rack like # DZ95050RTB is going to depend on several factors. If the toolbox does not overhang the bed sides (you would need to know the overall width of the toolbox versus the overall width of the bed minus about a 1/2 inch or so for the thickness of the metal of the headache rack).
